Shipping policy

We currently offer online delivery services to customers in Australia, the United States, Canada and much of Europe. To shop online for one of these countries, use the country selector located on the top left part of the website to set the website your shipping country (in the menu on the mobile version).

 

SHIPPING RATES 

We offer free shipping to Australia for all purchases over $30 AUD, free shipping to the United States & Canada for all purchases over $100 USD and free shipping to Europe for all purchases over 100€.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary depending on your location and we recommend allowing 3-5 business days to receive your order. During peak periods such as Christmas, there may be longer delivery times and we recommend allowing an additional 5-10 business days to avoid disappointment. If it has been more than 14 days since you placed an order, feel free to contact us.

 

CHANGING YOUR ORDER

We aim to send your order out as soon as we can, so changes may not always be possible. If you have made an error with your shipping address or would like to update your order, please send an email to info@goldfieldandbanks.com as soon as you can, and we will be happy to help.

 

ORDER NOT DELIVERED

If you have not received your order within the advised shipping times above, your parcel is damaged or you have another concern, please send an email to info@goldfieldandbanks.com and we will be happy to assist.
